Terms

The short version

Godswill is a small clothing label based in Sanepa, Lalitpur. Orders are agreed over WhatsApp and paid before dispatch. Nothing on this site takes payment or stores your card details.

Ordering

• Adding pieces to the cart doesn't reserve them. An order exists once we've confirmed it with you on WhatsApp.
• Runs are limited to forty pieces, so a size can sell out between you sending a message and us replying. If that happens we'll tell you and refund anything already paid.
• Prices are in Nepali rupees and include all applicable taxes. Godswill is PAN-registered and does not charge VAT.
• We can refuse or cancel an order — for example if a piece is out of stock or the price was listed wrongly. Anything paid is refunded in full.

Payment

• We take eSewa, Khalti, Fonepay, bank transfer, cash, and cash on delivery where we offer it.
• Every order gets an invoice with our PAN on it.
• Orders are dispatched once payment clears, unless we've agreed cash on delivery with you.

Delivery

• We ship across Nepal by courier. Inside the Kathmandu valley usually takes 1–3 days; elsewhere 3–7 days.
• Delivery charges are agreed with you before dispatch and appear on your invoice.
• Once a courier has the parcel, their timelines are theirs — we'll chase them with you if something goes missing.

Returns

Exchanges and refunds are covered on the returns page. Nothing there affects your rights under Nepal's Consumer Protection Act, 2075 (2018).

The pieces themselves

• Photos are taken as accurately as we can manage, but screens differ and black is hard to photograph.
• Each piece is made in small runs, so tiny variations between pieces are normal, not faults.
• Follow the care instructions on the hang tag — damage from washing hot or bleaching isn't a fault.

This website

• The Godswill name, logo, photographs and words on this site belong to us; please don't reuse them without asking.
• Your cart is stored only in your own browser. What we do with the details you send us is set out in our privacy policy.
• We keep the site up as best we can, but it's a small shop's website — it may be down occasionally.

Disagreements

These terms follow the laws of Nepal, and anything we can't resolve between us goes to the courts of Lalitpur. Talk to us first — most things are sorted with a message.
