Exchanges

Wrong size, or arrived damaged? We'll exchange it.

We don't offer refunds or returns. We exchange a piece in exactly two cases.

The size doesn't fit

We'll swap it for another size of the same piece, as long as that size is still in stock. The piece has to come back unworn and unwashed, with its hang tag still attached.

It arrived damaged

Send us a photo of the damage and we'll exchange it for the same piece in good condition.

Anything else

We can't exchange a piece for any other reason — a change of mind, a different colour or style — or one that has been worn, washed or had its tag removed. Please check the size before you order.

Ask for an exchange

Message us within 7 days of receiving your order, with your order number (it's on your invoice, like GW/26-27/0001) and, for a damaged piece, a photo.
